The following guidelines are not applicable from May 11, 2023, considering the current state of Covid-19. But we may make the guidelines mandatory again based on the spread and nature of the pandemic.
Our homestay is more contactless, cleaner, and isolated than many. With the pandemic, the obvious question on every traveler’s mind would be: what steps are we taking to make them feel safe?
For the safety of our guests as well as our staff we have formulated a standard operating procedure (SOP). Anybody who is interested to visit Choupahari must read this before coming here.
1) We will allow entry to fully vaccinated visitors without RT-PCR tests. The guests must present a COVID vaccination final certificate received after taking 2 doses of vaccination. Those who are not fully vaccinated will need to produce negative RT-PCR reports not older than 48 hours.
2) Guest details including Government approved identity cards and double dose COVID-19 certificates / RT-PCR negative test reports must be sent to this WhatsApp number: 9831140670 or to email@example.com at least one day before coming to Choupahari.
3) Please note that entry to Choupahari would be possible only after temperature and oxygen saturation check-up at the gate by thermal gun thermometer and pulse oximeter.
Please note that disinfectants like sodium hypochlorite will be used by us before your entry to our rooms. Guests should not consider the “bleach odor” as a cause of concern. Our staff will try to avoid hand contact while serving water bottles, toiletries, and food etc.
We request our guests to wear a mask whenever outside the room. Always keep a safe distance as per social distancing norms. Wash your hands frequently with soaps and sanitizers and put all disposables after use in the garbage.
Please note that some of our services and maintenance work may get compromised due to current pandemic situation, which has created significant knock-on effects on our daily life. Guests are expected to understand COVID-19’s extensive and far-reaching consequences.
